Claire Adams was a Canadian silent actress and charity. She studied in Canada and England and started a film career in Hollywood, where she married a producer. Their most famous film was The Big Parade, the second highest sales in film history. With our Veritas Claire we want to recognise the performance of a great actor.
125 years Veritas
Founded in Dresden in 1855, the company is one of the largest sewing machine manufacturers in Germany and produced almost 500,000 machines per year at the Wittenberg flowering period. Veritas is still one of the most famous sewing machine brands in Germany and all over Europe.

Veritas Claire
Modern computer sewing machine for versatile sewing work
The large LCD display of the Veritas Claire shows all sewing settings (197 stitch programs with alphabet and numbers). The large buttons allow for optimal work. The stitch length can be adjusted from 0 - 4.5 mm and the stitch width from 0 - 7 mm and then saved via the memory function. Comfortable sewing, even without foot starter, is possible with the Veritas Claire without any problems. With the start/stop button, the machine can be operated by hand.
