The removable and 360° rotating tablet/smartphone holder allows you to watch a movie or motivate yourself with fitness apps while rowing. The resistance is adjustable via the water level in the transparent plastic water tank, making the »Ocean One« ideal for beginners and advanced users alike. With its space-saving storage function, the rowing machine can be stored upright in your apartment or gym after your workout, taking up minimal space. The footplates on the Ocean One are designed to protect your hips and securely hold your feet in place with Velcro foot straps during every rowing stroke. Two high-quality transport wheels make it easy to move the rowing machine. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven surfaces. The Ocean One can be stored upright for space-saving storage.
