The CS 4000 treadmill with gesture control allows you to perform virtually any running workout, regardless of the weather and in a goal-oriented manner. The vibration-damped running surface, measuring 120 x 40 cm, cushions each step, absorbing unhealthy joint impacts. The user-friendly computer, including tablet and smartphone storage with 5 LED displays, is easy to operate and shows all relevant values at a glance. You can choose from 12 training programs or train according to your own preferences, such as by setting time, distance, or approximate calorie targets. Heart rate monitoring is possible via the integrated hand pulse sensors in the handgrips, and the treadmill can be switched on and off and the speed adjusted in 0.1 km/h increments from 1 km/h to 12 km/h using the remote control buttons. The treadmill is compatible with the Kinomap app. This allows for entertaining and interactive training with Android or iOS devices and the saving of training data. After the trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased via a monthly subscription. Heart rate measurement is optionally available with a compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitor.
