Body Coach Multi-Neoprene Dumbbell

The Body Coach fitness dumbbell combines four popular fitness tools in one: kettlebell, dumbbell, double-handle medicine ball, and push-up handles. Thanks to the different handle options, the Triangle Dumbbell offers far more exercise possibilities than conventional kettlebells, round, or square dumbbells. These fitness weights are versatile and can be used for an effective full-body workout. Ideal for strength training, rehabilitation and physiotherapy exercises, gymnastics, functional and balance training, as well as cross-training – perfect for home workouts.

Dumbbell training strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and promotes balance and body stability. Thanks to its square shape, the neoprene dumbbell won't roll away and can also be used as a push-up handle. The solid cast iron weights are coated with neoprene. The coating protects the floor and dampens noise when setting it down. The surface is hygienic and easy to clean.

Triangle dumbbells are available in different weights for every fitness level and various exercises.
